The product was in perfect condition and arrived timely.
I started taking the supplements as directed, which is 2 - pills twices daily with 8 oz of water, 30 minutes before eating. This is important for optimal effects. I noticed a happier mood and a little more energy. No jitters were noted and I did drink coffee after taking it.
The pills were on the large side, but easy to swallow.
I will be taking twice daily to achieve weight loss. A lot of weight loss hopefully.
