Unfortunately, I had come to the dreaded plateau and stopped losing weight.  So in the beginning of 2013 I decided to try the Reader's Digest Diet.  I was also helping my family lose weight as well.  It was a pretty extensive weight loss plan that entailed making homemade smoothies in the morning, snack packs for each person in the house and dinner for 7.  It was a lot of work. 

 

I lost a total of 20 more lbs during the 3 months on the diet.  I would have stayed with this plan until I reached my goal weight of 150 lbs. except trying to have a life along with preparing all the food for a household of 7 had placed me in the kitchen morning, noon and night.  This is where my weight loss ended.  At his point I had lost 95 lbs., but still I hadn't reached my goal. 

 

Flash forward to January 2014, enter a new job and a very busy new year.   My weight had been fluctuating between 3-5 lbs, but that was it.  I am happy to say that I did not gain the 95 lbs back in it's entirety, but I was defiantly at another plateau.  I stopped worrying about my weight and went back to my bad eating habits.  Still playing around with the 3-5 lbs. Yo-Yo.

 

In the fall of 2014, I was lucky enough to get to try different types of dieting aids.  I have found that Garcinia Cambogia is one of my favorite supplements.  It aids in crushing my appetite and giving me the energy to actually make healthy food. 

 

I have been using this product now for almost a month.  I use this product in conjunction with choosing healthy foods and drinking plenty of water.  First of all, I do not believe that a pill will magically make you lose weight.  I truly believe that you must be committed to making marked changes in your lifestyle to achieve any goal.
