This book is full of great information to help you incorporate Clean Foods in your diet.  It really is quite simple.  The book comes with 50 plus easy peasy recipes that look delicious.  I actually have had versions of the Waldorf Salad which is scrumptious.  I look forward to trying it out in a cleanlier and healthier version!

 

I think this eBook is a great addition to anyone trying to leave processed foods out of their lives and not in our pantries.

The bag I received is Small - 8 x 6 x 1 in.  The bag has waterproof mesh, easily opens and closes with a heavy duty zipper and includes a clip. 

The clip is my favorite feature.  I am known for miss placing things, therefore anything with a clip is my best friend.  I actually use this bag to hold my little make-up essentials and wow it is so much easier now to locate them!

E-Book Terry Treetop and the Lost Egg



I had no problem downloading this E-Book from the Seller.

I had my 10 year old son read Terry Treetop and the Lost Egg.  He told me that the book is full of great illustrations to which held his attention.  The only problem he had with the book, and I quote "Mom it's for babies!"  Okay, maybe not babies but to my son, younger kids are babies.  

 

After reviewing the book myself, I would place this book in the category of  Beginning Reader.  The main character is Terry Treetop who is camping.  While at the campsite, he finds an egg.  Terry shows his concern for the innocent egg by trying to locate it's mother.  On his journey he runs into numerous animals and asks if the egg belongs to them.  This is where each animal explains how they lay their own eggs. 

 

Overall, I think this book is informative and would be great for beginning readers.

I personally would recommend taking this product not just for the effects gained regarding weight loss, but for the simple fact that the antioxidants help fight cancer, control blood glucose for diabetics and lowers high blood pressure. 

 

With all of these added benefits I plan on taking this supplement daily.  High blood pressure and cancer runs like wildfire in my family.  I could use help fighting these two little demons!  In my book it's a bonus that it aids in weight loss.
