Nature's True Medicine Vitamin D3

I received Nature's True Vitamin D3 in perfect condition and in a timely manner from the seller.

Below you will se a picture of the pill in comparison to a dime.  The pills are light yellow and in liquid gel form making them very easy to take.

So what does Vitamin D3 do and why do you need it? It is known most commonly as the “sunshine” vitamin because your body naturally produces it when you are exposed to the sun.  When the season changes I notice changes in my mood.  I did a little research about vitamin D3 specifically and found out that depression, mood swings and several other cognitive, psychological and mood-related issues could be due to a lack of this essential vitamin.  The older you get, the more you should keep a high level of vitamin D intake as your ability to naturally produce vitamin D also declines with age.  Vitamin D is also noted to significantly lower the mood-related symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome or PMS.

Several groups are at risk for vitamin D deficiency orless-than-adequate intakes-in particular, the elderly, dark-skinnedindividuals, obese individuals, and those who avoid the sun. People who live inmore northern latitudes (such as Boston, Mass., Milwaukee, Wis., or Portland,Ore. ) can only make vitamin D from March through September; supplies storedfrom summer sun exposure must last for many months, and by late winter, most ofthese individuals may be deficient.

Vitamin D3 is three to four times morepotent than vitamin D2 and 2,000 IU's (measurement) is a great place to start.  I wouldn't suggest going over 1 a day unless directed by a doctor.

I had no idea that Vitamin D3 played such a big role.  I am a Midwesterner so during these winter months I am far less exposed to the sun coupled with the fact that I do not drink a lot of milk, I feel good knowing I can get my Vitmanin D3 from Nature's True Vitamin D3.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
