I lost a total of 20 more lbs during the 3 months on the diet.  I would have stayed with this plan until I reached my goal weight of 150 lbs. except trying to have a life along with preparing all the food for a household of 7 had placed me in the kitchen morning, noon and night.  This is where my weight loss ended.  At his point I had lost 95 lbs., but still I hadn't reached my goal. 

 

Flash forward to January 2014, enter a new job and a very busy new year.   My weight had been fluctuating between 3-5 lbs, but that was it.  I am happy to say that I did not gain the 95 lbs back in it's entirety, but I was defiantly at another plateau.  I stopped worrying about my weight and went back to my bad eating habits.  Still playing around with the 3-5 lbs.
